The user users cost of land (also known as Tier Fee) shall be billed monthly in addition to the cost of membership. The operating costs of land are calculated based on highest quantity of land you in thirty days to the prior possession. This includes the land that you still have possession or that you have donated to groups. But the more land you buy the more discounts you receive. The highest use is measured by the largest amount of land in your possession - regardless of duration, during a cycle. Go to the Land Use Fees page for more information
